1. Acceptance of Terms

By engaging with OwnAxis Studio for any service — whether via website inquiry, email, or signed agreement — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Services Provided

OwnAxis Studio provides creative and technical services including:

• 3D Art & Visual Production
• Game Development
• Web & Software Development
• App & Mobile Development

The specific scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are defined in each individual project proposal or contract.

3. Project Scope & Changes

All project work is based on an agreed scope. Any additions, modifications, or changes beyond the original scope may require a separate quote or adjustment to the timeline.

We will notify you before proceeding with out-of-scope work.

4. Payments

Payment terms are outlined in each project agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

• An upfront deposit is required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion or delivery
• Late payments may result in paused work or additional fees

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise specified. Taxes are the responsibility of the client where applicable.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced
• If a project is cancelled mid-way, payment is due for all completed work
• Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of OwnAxis Studio and based on the stage of work completed

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives the agreed rights to the final deliverables
• OwnAxis Studio retains the right to display work in our portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing
• We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, or assets used in production unless explicitly transferred

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete project requirements
• Reviewing and approving work within agreed timelines
• Supplying necessary materials, assets, or access as required
• Ensuring they have rights to any content or materials they provide to us

Delays caused by late client feedback or missing materials may affect project timelines.

8. Revisions

The number of revision rounds is defined in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, project details, and business data as confidential and will not disclose this to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

OwnAxis Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our deliverables, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.

11. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to OwnAxis Studio’s place of business. Disputes will be resolved through mutual agreement where possible.
